Terms & Conditions
This contract disciplines the people transport service provided by Positano Taxi, brand name of the company Due Golfi Car Service di Esposito Giuseppe with registered office in Via Deserto 30/E 80061 Massa Lubrense (NA) and VAT registration number IT03275731218, henceforth referred to as the "Company" or "we"; and the user of our services, henceforth referred to as the "Client".
By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our application through whatever platform, and/or by completing a reservation, Client acknowledges and agrees to have carefully read, understood, and adhere to the Terms and Conditions that follow.
By making a booking with our Company, Client accepts on behalf of himself and all those named on the booking, including minors and person under a disability, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Positano Taxi services can be booked on-line through the Company website www.positanotaxi.net.
1.1 Our services must be booked 48 hours in advance. For reservations received without adequate notice, our Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, committing to promptly notify the Client.
1.2 Once completed reservation, Client receives written confirmation via e-mail with reservation code and full specification of all transfer/s details.
1.3 Client is asked to check confirmation contents and to report any discrepancies via email to firstname.lastname@example.org the following 48 hours. The customer is required to be extremely accurate in communicating and examining data; our Company will not be in any way responsible of communication of incorrect data by the Client and for the disruptions that may follow.
Client inputs information about the transfer needed on our website, then the booking engine displays the options available with relative prices. After vehicle selection Client is informed about the additional services that can be booked, any additional fee that may occur due to his requests with detailed description of the expenses. All rates are displayed clearly and transparently beforehand reservation.
Rate includes vehicle with private driver, all car ride related costs, additional services requested by Client, any additional expenses foreseen for special requests and VAT.
If not reserved during booking process: multiple pick-ups and drop off, detours, additional stops along the way are not included.
Rate never includes expenses for meals, private tour-guides, attraction entrance tickets and activities
Full prepayment of transfers, additional services requested, and expenses is required for confirming reservation.
Client can pay directly on our website at the end of booking process via payment cards.
3.1 Payment is handled through a third-party online secure payment gateway in compliance with current legislation.
3.2 Client's payment method will be stored tokenized for off-session payments in order to allow reservation of additional services afterwards the online booking, for charging additional costs consequent Client requests and for charging extra fees by this contract may foresee.
4. DELAYS POLICY
In case of flight, train and ferry delays, the driver will wait for Client arrival at the designated pick-up location.
Positano Taxi will charge extra costs for the waiting time as specified below.
4.1 AIRPORT PICK-UP
60 minutes of waiting at airports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 40 per hour or fraction.
4.2 TRAIN STATION PICK-UP
30 minutes of waiting at train stations and ports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 40 per hour or fraction.
4.3 PORTS PICK-UP
30 minutes of waiting at ports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 40 per hour or fraction.
4.4 HOTEL/MEETING POINT PICK-UP
In case of delays for pick up from hotels or meeting points, we allow maximum 15 minutes of flexibility, exceeded this time and in case passenger will not inform about wait prolongation neither our office or driver through our communication channels, service will be considered no-show and transfer fare will not refundable. Additional waiting will be allowed if compatible with the Company daily planning and will be charged € 40 per hour or fraction.
4.5 WAITING RESTRICTIONS
In the case Client will not inform about wait prolongation neither our office or driver through our communication channels, waiting longer than 1 hour beyond the effective arriving time of the flight, train or ferry will be considered as a no show and transfer fare will be not refundable.
4.6 In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge Client payment method to cover any additional waiting cost at the rates specified in this Contract paragraph.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be addressed via e-mail only at email@example.com, telephone or text cancellations will not be guaranteed.
The Client is entitled to a refund depending on the cancellation moment, as specified below:
- 95% rate refund if the service is cancelled up to 48 hours before the date/time of the service
- 50% rate refund if the service is canceled up within 48 and 24 hours before the date/time of the service
- 0% rate refund if the service is canceled within 24 hours before the date or in case of no show.
5.2 Last minute flight, trains or ferry cancellations will be considered as no show.
5.3 For offline reservations, the payment terms and cancellation policy applied may differ from those stated in this Contract.
In such cases, the payment terms and cancellation policy applied will be communicated in advance of booking confirmation and will be binding on the Client.

Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
8.1 The properties of passengers are carried entirely under the Client responsibility, who declares ownership at the time of embarkation. Our Company is not responsible for any items left in the car. Once reached destination, Client is asked to make sure all passenger's belongings are taken before leaving the vehicle.
8.2 The Company will not be held liable for missed flights, trains and ferries due to causes beyond its control. It is Client's responsibility to book our service taking into consideration his own travel plans, timings, and journey times. We are committed to providing complete customer support before booking.
8.3 The Company is authorized to cancel the reservation and not refund the service, in the event that with driver on site, pick-up is not possible due to an incorrect Client’s selection of the vehicle type in terms of capacity for people and transportable luggage.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement.
10. In any case, the Client will be granted the rights as per the Consumer Code (Decr.Legisl. N.206 / 2005).
